I am Maria Vassiliou — Legal Counsel, Accredited Mediator (Cyprus & Greece), and Insolvency
Practitioner.
Over 20 years of professional experience across the private, banking, and legal sectors — in Greece,
the United Kingdom, and Cyprus.
A multi-dimensional path, always in demanding roles, where
initiative was never optional — it was expected.
Hotel openings. Corporate restructurings. Bank mergers. I have stood at the centre of moments where
decisions were made that changed the course of an organisation — and I have seen, first-hand, how
those decisions ultimately land on the people who live with them.
That journey taught me something not easily learned in a classroom: when business decisions
overlook legal compliance and the people who carry it out, they don't just leave gaps — they leave a
damaged reputation.
From that conviction, ENTER CONSULTING ZONE was born. A boutique approach, built around
compliance and people, with one goal: genuine business wellbeing.
When you work with me, you don't get an anonymous team. You get me — from the first
conversation to the solution.
